SMPS 5th Annual Toy Drive

Continuing in the spirit of giving back, immediately following the SMPS Fellows Forum will be our 5th Annual Toy Drive for Toy N Joy Makers. The event is free if you bring two industry-related toys for donation, or $20 at the door. We will also hold a raffle with all proceeds going to Toy N Joy Makers.

Their mission for 95 years has been to promote the spirit of helping children and families of our community during the holiday season. As always, the firefighters will arrive to round up the toys.

SMPS 201: SMPS Fellows Forum – the gift of wisdom

The second official SMPS Fellows Forum is a give-back. Your SMPS Fellows represent plenty of years facing the difficult challenges that all marketing and business development professionals face every day. We’ve learned a few things; what works, what doesn’t, what should never be attempted again. In this season of joy, please bring us your headaches, your craziness, and your nightmares. Let three wise women and one wise guy help find better ways of negotiating with your boss, of working through a difficult proposal or interview process; of gaining respect from your technical staff, and whatever else is keeping your everyday from being a holiday. Fellows Forum is an open discussion, a back-and-forth exchange of ideas, if the Fellows can’t solve it, the audience surely will. Let’s make merry and bright.
